Brad Keselowski’s Checkered Flag Foundation announced its partnership with RFK Racing for the fifth year on Sunday, April 5, 2026.

This initiative began eight years ago in honor of “America’s Silent Heroes,” with BuildSubmarines.com now in its second year as part of the program and becoming a staple in the NASCAR community.

The No. 6 BuildSubmarines.com Ford Mustang driven by Keselowski will become a moving tribute at the Darlington race on September 6, featuring the names of real American heroes.

Over the years, thousands of names have appeared on Keselowski’s No. 6 car, making it a tribute to the military community.

Each name tells a personal story of sacrifice, giving families and supporters a chance to see their loved ones honored on one of NASCAR’s biggest stages.

For a $125 donation, fans can submit the name of a veteran, active-duty member, or military caregiver to be featured on the car, with each name reflecting a story of true service to the nation.

Participants also receive a certificate and a commemorative gift as part of the tribute.

“Every name on the car represents someone who has given so much in service to our country. Being able to honor those individuals at a place as special as Darlington makes this program incredibly powerful,” he said while emphasizing on the point of how this is more than a regular sponsorship deal.

“I’m grateful for the continued support from BuildSubmarines.com and RFK Racing in helping us recognize these heroes and share their stories.”

The initiative also provides direct support for veterans and first responders. Fans can send in their submissions through this link till July 13.
