Carson Hocevar is turning out to be an absolute menace on and off the track, and it's not just Cup drivers saying it. Even NASCAR fans are now left feeling the same after Hocevar’s hilarious reaction to a recent post on social media. 

Hocevar’s aggressive driving style has been a hotly contested debate, and fans have unearthed a stat shared by Prime Video that is mind-boggling.

“Prime just put a fact out there that just made me go, wow.” NASCAR reporter Chris Knight wrote on X and added, “Carson Hocevar has been involved in 21 incidents with 30 drivers so far during the 2026 #NASCAR Cup Series season.”

Hocevar responded to the post with a clip of Dylan Sprouse from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, where Sprouse says:

“Way to go, guys! Let’s shoot for 40.”

Hocevar's driving is already under the pump from various drivers across the grid. A total of nine cars were involved in the wreck that the Spire Motorsports driver caused in Michigan when he tapped the rear of John Hunter Nemechek’s LMC Toyota on the lap 83 restart. 

Unfortunately, not all reactions from fans were in the same hilarious tone as Hocevar's response.

NASCAR Fans Take Sides on Carson Hocevar Debate

The opinions of drivers are known already, with several calling for Carson Hocevar to be more respectful and cautious on the track. While his haters are ready to take potshots at the Spire driver, he also has fans ready to defend him.

One of the critical replies read, “I was told he would calm down once he got in a cup car or the other drivers wouldn't put up with that shit.”

Another called out Hocevar fans and wrote, “and Hocevar fans will justify every single one of them as not his fault”

But all hope isn’t lost for Hocevar as his loyalists have come to his defense. One supporter wrote:

“I went back and only counted 11. Still not good, but I’m interested what they count as an “incident.”

This fan actually counted and put down the count on a thread and could only point out 11 incidents, not 21, as mentioned by Prime. 

Another old-school fan defended Hocevar by comparing him with the older drivers, who too made mistakes in their early years.

"I'd like to see all the drivers history in Carson's average age. See how well they really did. Us old folks remember many. Yet now that drivers are older etc they seem to conveniently forget what their past was is," they wrote.

While fans jumped in on the conversation, providing their thoughts, Actor-turned-driver Frankie Muniz, who drives the No. 33 Ford in the Truck series, asked for a different stat to be brought up.

Muniz wrote, “What's the total of you add in truck races?”

While fans are battling out and Carson Hocevar is laughing, based on his reply to the stat, there will be keen eyes watching his every move as NASCAR visits the Coronado Naval Base circuit in San Diego for the first time this weekend.
