Formula One will be back in action, heading to one of its most beloved and historic tracks, which is the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, home of the Italian Grand Prix since 1950. The track is also known as the "Temple of Speed". 

It is the home circuit for Ferrari, and like every year, Tifosi are expected to be out in full force to see their team deliver a spectacular race. 

The race weekend will take place across Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4th September to 6th September. The track will host not only Formula One but also the developmental series Formula 2 and Formula 3, and the schedule for all three series will be as follows.

The Circuit overview

Known as the "Temple of Speed," it is the fastest track on the calendar, where the cars spend nearly 80% of the lap at full throttle, hitting speeds of nearly 360km/h before the braking zones for the two chicanes. 

The 5.739km track has 11 corners, including the Curva Grande, the Lesmo rights, the Ascari chicane, and the long Parabolica. Coming to the 53-lap race on Sunday, the long run into the first chicane often means that the polesitter isn't the leader after Turn 1. 

Weather

The race weekend at Monza is currently shaping up to be warm, with Friday expected to bring a mix of clouds and sun with a high around 80°F. Saturday could see a little morning rain before clearing with small highs. As for Sunday, it looks to be sunny with temperatures again in the low 80s. As always, the forecast could shift, so it will be worth keeping a close eye on.
