Emotions ran high for Noah Gragson during the NASCAR Cup Series race at Indianapolis. He took to his radio to vent out his frustration against Track House Racing's Connor Zilisch mid-race, which caught the attention of NASCAR fans on social media. 

The incident took place during Lap 41 of the Brickyard 400 race on Sunday, July 26th during which Zilisch had pitted and came out one place ahead of Gragson. Following this, as Gragson tried to make a move on Zilisch, he made a block to protect his position. 

However, this was not well received by Gragson, as he voiced his frustration about the move on his radio. 

"M***********," Gragson said via the radio (as heard via the clip shared by Skid on X)

Just moments later, the No. 4 driver bumped into the No 88 ahead of him. The caution flew on Lap 44 after Kyle Larson blew a left rear tire; Gragson went alongside Zilisch and purposefully slammed into the Trackhouse Racing rookie. 

He continued his venting on the radio against the No. 88 Trackhouse Racing driver, Zilisch. 

"There's a f****** prick in the 88, quit f****** blocking," Noah said. 

His spotter, Adam Fournier, tried to calm the situation down as he tried to de-escalate the incident from turning into something big that might potentially hurt their results. 

"Watch yourself. Don't play games with him. Just let him mind his own business... Just stay off of him... Just stay high and go slow. Boots on the ground." 

The clip soon began making rounds on social media as NASCAR fans criticized Gragson’s behaviour on track.

This run-in with Zilisch was not the first one of the season for Noah Gragson. During the race at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, he had a heated confrontation with Kevin Magnussen, who made a one-off appearance in NASCAR with the Trackhouse Racing Project 91 car. 

One fan did not hold back about how they feel about Gragson. They wrote, 

"Sucks when you realize your once favorite NOAPS driver is pure dog s*** in cup"

Another fan took a sarcastic swipe at the Front Row Motorsports driver as they wrote, 

"Gragson try not to throw a tantrum for 33rd challenge impossible."

A fan expressed their frustration and labelled Noah Gragson a "Crybaby". They wrote, 

"What a f****** cry baby. Complete embarrassment of the sport"

Another fan mocked Gragson for getting mad at Connor Zilisch as they compared Zilisch to a child. They commented, 

"Bro getting mad at a child for coming on to the track?"

One fan gave their blunt verdict as they suggested demoting Gragson to O’Reilly series. They commented, 

"He needs to be parked. Send him back to O'Reilly . Atleast he won there Cup is not his cup of tea"
